What is if you and I are designed for continuous development? — Well, I will address it next.

For all of us, the current pandemic season has meant a treat; where our strength has been tested; and show up times to confront things like your current reality, that maybe the daily routine hides from you because you are involved in a rigorous daily routine; where take few times for inner reflection, like understand how do you feel or set focus on the uncomfortable feeling (or ever hide by yourself) you have.

This season where we don't have more choices than stay at home, the uncomfortable feeling is louder than before; as a result of pauses dramatically our daily routine, helps us to ask things like how I feel? — moment when an inner voice comes faster with one answer “Reinvention” (in some cases).

Reinvention is a hard word to process without self-knowledge help, science tries to explain it as neuroplasticity, a young neurological concept that can be explained in Dr. Celeste Campbell's words as.

“It refers to the physiological changes in the brain that happen as the result of our interactions with our environment. From the time the brain begins to develop in utero until the day we die, the connections among the cells in our brains reorganize in response to our changing needs. This dynamic process allows us to learn from and adapt to different experiences” — Celeste Campbell (n.d.).

When changes come among us a natural feeling of fear is a usual way to respond immediately, science helps us to affirm that changes are a common path in the human source, but the routine and environments where you usually stay or grew up not ever include that common human characteristic.

So, then how can you handle that? — well, from my experience changes comes as we deserve or not, in that case, the only way I have been found for it are some habits that I will share with you.

Habits that help me handle changing times

These habits were developed through ups and downs and now represents for me a great way to handle fearless changes’ times.

1. Journaling questions

I use to write down without overthinking a list of questions about my current situation at this moment (passing away the why me?).

2. Out of mind questions observation

It happens when you do not put any kind of feeling while you are reading your previous questions, that technique had helped me to see as cristal clear the situations.

3. Set small actions list

Covering possible answers to the questions I wrote; helps to identify solutions and show you how possible is to achieve it.

Now the only thing that we know as constant are changes, from the job, lifestyle, weather even global emergencies, so the best at all is understand it not just to know and set a path open for it that improve your wellbeing first than all.

Then remember you and all your lovers will need you! — and will need you well balanced and when you think you are getting a bit crazy with changes, remember Neuroplasticity means.
